Shrimp Bisque – garlic butter croutons, pickled shrimp, tableside pour
Beef Carpaccio – black truffle aioli, crispy capers, pickled caviar, chili crunch, crispy garlic
Waldorf Salad – wild arugula, microgreens, apples, candied walnuts, celery buttons, blue cheese

Mains

Halibut – frisee apple slaw, pink burre blanc
Ribeye – smashed fingerling, black garlic demi
Coq au Vin – chicken braised with vegetables, fingerlings
Ratatouille – zucchini, squash, tomato, eggplant over polenta, confit garlic oil

Desserts

Lava Cube – strawberry compote, vanilla bean gelato
Cherry Sponge Cake – red wine cherry reduction, lemon scented vanilla gelato
Coconut Cream Pie – vanilla whipped cream, toasted coconut
